Community Habilitation Provider

The Community Habilitation/Respite Provider provides education, instruction, direct services, and supports that promote consumer chosen, individualized outcomes that empower and enable consumers to achieve their stated goals and to live as optimally as possible.  The Community Habilitation Provider, along with the consumer and Service Coordinator, will work together to achieve the goals as stated in each individual’s plan.  The Respite Provider provides respite services for caregivers of individuals with disabilities.  Respite can be provided in the home or in the community.

Workshop Supervisor

The Work Supervisor is responsible for active implementation of work center programs in hands-on fashion with Keuka Lake Enterprises (KLE) employees to assure all production and program requirements of KLE and their employees are met.

Residential Registered Nurse

The Residential Nurse provides medication supervision, consultation and training to the residential staff.  The Residential Nurse provides direct nursing services to the residents of the IRA’s.  The Residential Nurse acts as a liaison between staff and other health care providers.

Direct Support Professional Day Habilitations

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plans group and individual activities that assist each person to achieve their valued outcomes. He/She implements individual Day Habilitation plans and completes daily documentation.  The DSP facilitates the development of relationships between individuals and members of the community.

Direct Support Professional Residential

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides instruction, support, guidance, and supervision for adults with Developmental Disabilities living in the residence.  The DSP assists individuals to become integrated into his/her community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.  The DSP is a member of a team of service providers who work cooperatively for the individual. 

Substitutes in all Programs

Substitutes provide supervision, support, guidance, and training, to all individuals supported by the Arc of Yates, enabling them to live and participate in the community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.
