The Assistant Principal of Keuka Lake School is responsible for the operation of the Keuka Lake School programs. This Administrator is responsible for the regulatory, fiscal, and personnel oversight for the education programs.


Coordinator of Peer Mentor Services

The Coordinator of Peer Mentor Services is a resource and a support for students with developmental disabilities who are affiliated with the DRIVE Program. The Coordinator of Peer Mentor Services coordinates with Keuka College Staff, Faculty, and Peer Mentors to ensure DRIVE Students’ college experience is fulfilling and empowering.

Speech Pathologist or Speech Therapist

The Arc of Yates is seeking Speech Pathogolist or Speech Therapist to deliver services to students for the improvement of the speech and language communication of the assigned children as per the students' Individual Education Plans.

Medical Coordinator

The Medical Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and attending medical, clinical and specialist appointments for assigned individuals and maintaining required documentation. This position works closely with the residential nurses, clinicians, and psychological support staff in the coordination of services, sharing of information, and education of staff pertaining to these appointments. The Medical Coordinator also ensures all medications, diets and supporting inventory is present in the home as needed.

Residential Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides instruction, support, guidance, and supervision for adults with Developmental Disabilities living in the residence.  The DSP assists individuals to become integrated into his/her community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.  The DSP is a member of a team of service providers who work cooperatively for the individual. 


Substitutes provide supervision, support, guidance, and training, to all individuals supported by the Arc of Yates, enabling them to live and participate in the community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.
