Community Habilitation/Respite Provider



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Community Habilitation/Respite Provider provides education, instruction, direct services, and supports that promote consumer chosen, individualized outcomes that empower and enable consumers to achieve their stated goals and to live as optimally as possible.  The Community Habilitation Provider, along with the consumer and Service Coordinator, will work together to achieve the goals as stated in each individual’s plan.  The Respite Provider provides respite services for caregivers of individuals with disabilities.  Respite can be provided in the home or in the community.
 


Service Coordinator



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Service Coordinator will assist consumers in the development of an individualized plan of service, which will provide for the necessary supports and services that enable and empower the consumer in achieving his/her stated valued outcomes. The Service Coordinator monitors all supports and services.  The Service Coordinator ensures that individuals benefit from all services received both within and outside the Agency.  The Service Coordinator ensures that all file documentation is in place.


Administrator



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrator of Keuka Lake School is responsible for the operation of the Keuka Lake School programs.  This Administrator is responsible for the regulatory, fiscal, and personnel oversight for the education programs.
 


Vehicle Operator



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Charged with the timely pick-up and delivery of Arc of Yates program participants and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and/or direction in order to ensure this.  Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers.
 


Print Shop Manager



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Print Shop Manager is responsible for the proper and efficient day to day operation of The Print Shop.

Specific Duties to include:
Human Resources- Insures efficient and uninterrupted production through the development of employees in conjunction with rehabilitation staff. Promotes consumer choice and empowerment through a positive work environment.
Personnel- performs supervisory responsibilities including annual performance appraisals, hiring and termination of employees, and general personnel administration in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Marketing- creates and implements market studies and executes marketing plans; develops pricing strategy; oversees advertising; provides in-house point-of-contact sales and customer service.
Estimating- responsible for placing dollar value on each job using cost systems developed through cost analysis and established estimating standards.
Office Management- management of office clerical in support of accounting, sales, and production. Orders supplies, bills customers, implements order processing.
Manufacturing- management for all manufacturing and support service including quality control, safety, stock storage, product and material testing, maintenance, freight and delivery. Insures efficient operation and cost effective printing.


Registered Nurse



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Residential Nurse provides medication supervision, consultation and training to the residential staff.  The Residential Nurse provides direct nursing services to the residents of the IRA’s.  The Residential Nurse acts as a liaison between staff and other health care providers.
