PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Substitutes provide supervision, support, guidance, and training, to all individuals supported by the Arc of Yates, enabling them to live and participate in the community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.


Direct Support Professional



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides instruction, support, guidance, and supervision for adults with Developmental Disabilities living in the residence.  The DSP assists individuals to become integrated into his/her community according to their personal goals, preferences, and needs.  The DSP is a member of a team of service providers who work cooperatively for the individual. 


Registered Nurse



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Residential Nurse provides medication supervision, consultation and training to the residential staff.  The Residential Nurse provides direct nursing services to the residents of the IRA’s.  The Residential Nurse acts as a liaison between staff and other health care providers.
