Supported Employment Services supports local businesses in identifying qualified and trained employees. Our job coaches work closely with potential employers to evaluate their hiring needs in order to provide a skilled workforce.

Pre-employment preparation, post-hire training and on-going support is provided as needed for the organization and employees.

Our program goes beyond matching an individual with meaningful employment and provides an invaluable member of your company's workforce. We assist individuals in obtaining valid employment at many local businesses throughout the Yates County community.
