The Arc of Yates has residential options in Penn Yan and Dundee where individuals are encouraged to take part in community events and activities.

A variety of residential options are available:

Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA):

IRA's are 24-hour supervised group homes individually tailored to support people with diverse needs. With encouragement, individuals with developmental disabilities learn skills to become more independent and integrated in community life.

Supportive Apartments:

Supportive Apartments are an option for individuals seeking less than 24-hour support. Agency staff are not typically on–site at all times when individuals are home. Staff assistance is provided on an as-needed basis as individuals work towards their goals of living independently.
