The Arc of Yates is a non-profit organization that serves adults, seniors, and children with disabilities throughout Yates and surrounding counties.

Step #1: Contact Us

Start by reaching out to our Intake Manager, Maggie Mahoney, at 
315-856-8297 or mmahoney@arcsencay.org.

Step #2: Care Coordination Selection

When we have answered all of your questions about the services offered through our agency, you will select your Care Coordination provider and let OPWDD and the providers know whom you have chosen.  We will help guide you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Step #3: Plan Development

With the assistance of your Care Coordinator, you will develop a plan to cover all your needs. The Arc of Yates is here to help meet you and your family's needs
