Step #2: Care Coordination Selection

When we have answered all of your questions about the services offered through our agency, you will select your Care Coordination provider and let OPWDD and the providers know whom you have chosen.  We will help guide you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Step #3: Plan Development

With the assistance of your Care Coordinator, you will develop a plan to cover all your needs. The Arc of Yates is here to help meet you and your family's needs.

Arc Autism Corner Now Open!

Arc Autism Corner Now Open!

On Wednesday April 3, 2019 the Arc of Yates opened the Arc Autism Corner Activity and Resource Center. This was made possible by a generous grant received from The TRIPP Foundation. Over 150 staff and community members explored the activity room and tested out the various fidgets, lights and technology.

Keuka Lake School Receives Playground Grant
Keuka Lake School, a division of the Arc of Yates, received a grant in the amount of $3,038 from the Rochester Area Community Foundation that allowed for the purchase of developmentally appropriate outdoor play equipment for children ages 3 and under.
