Members of Penn Yan Rotary teamed up with staff and individuals from the Arc of Yates’ Center for Lifelong Learning to create planter boxes.  Jeff Krans, Rotary Club member, organized the effort by securing grant funding and organizing the volunteer effort.  Over the course of four months, participants prepped the material for the project, developed the designs and built the planter boxes.
