Step #2: Care Coordination Selection

When we have answered all of your questions about the services offered through our agency, you will select your Care Coordination provider and let OPWDD and the providers know whom you have chosen.  We will help guide you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Step #3: Plan Development

With the assistance of your Care Coordinator, you will develop a plan to cover all your needs. The Arc of Yates is here to help meet you and your family's needs.

Duck race ticket sales are well under way for the 3rd Annual Arc of Yates Duck Race scheduled for Friday, June 15th. The first ten ducks to cross the finish line will entitle the owner to a gift basket valued at over $100.00. The baskets will be revealed each Tuesday and Thursday in the month of May. The first basket we are revealing is the Horning's Gift Basket!

Arc of Yates holds Legacy Luncheon

The Arc of Yates hosted its annual Legacy Luncheon on Wednesday, October, 11th at La Cocina restaurant in Penn Yan.  Employees were celebrated for their ongoing dedication and support of the Agency’s mission.  Daniele Lyman-Torres, President and CEO remarked “These honorees, each with different roles within the Agency, have made a significant difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
