Step #2: Care Coordination Selection

When we have answered all of your questions about the services offered through our agency, you will select your Care Coordination provider and let OPWDD and the providers know whom you have chosen.  We will help guide you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Step #3: Plan Development

With the assistance of your Care Coordinator, you will develop a plan to cover all your needs. The Arc of Yates is here to help meet you and your family's needs.

Keuka Lake School Graduates 36 Students

Keuka Lake School Graduates 36 Students

On June 22, 2018, Keuka Lake School celebrated the graduation of 36 preschool students who will be moving on to kindergarten in the 2018-2019 school year. Deb Fabris-Coon, Chief Education Administrator at the Arc of Yates, thanked the families for sharing their children with the staff at the school and wished the graduates well as they move on to kindergarten. The graduation celebration was attended by many family members and friends, as well as all of the students and staff at Keuka Lake School.

Keuka Lake School is an early childhood program for children with developmental delays from birth to 5 years old. Services available for children with disabilities include special education, speech, occupational and physical therapy.  A regional provider of quality daycare services that employs only certified staff, the school offers daycare for children from 18 months to 12 years of age.  Contact Chelsea Morse and 315-694-7676 to inquire about flexible schedules and reasonable rates.
